These roles include both customer-facing positions such as Airport Services Agent and marhaba Services Agent, and back-office roles such as Contact Centre Service Agent. Key Responsibilities:

Customer-facing Roles:

Provide top-notch service to passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

Assist VIPs, clients, and passengers with special needs, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Back-office Role (Contact Centre Services Agent):

Respond to customer inquiries through digital communication channels (chat, social media, and voice support).

Provide accurate information and ensure customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

A levels/High School certificate.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Willingness to work in a shift environment and wear a uniform (for front-line roles).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

For back-office roles, proficiency in additional languages like Arabic, French, Mandarin, etc. is required.
