Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), the world’s largest premium aluminium producer, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator for a full-time 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will support administrative operations with a strong emphasis on data management and reporting using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient administrative support to the department

Maintain and update internal records using Excel and SAP

Generate accurate and timely reports as required

Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups on documentation and actions

Manage document filing, archiving, and version control tasks
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years in an administrative or office support role

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage pressure professionally
Availability:
Immediate joiners will be given preference. Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
