Talent Hub is seeking a Senior Director to lead their Dubai office and drive business growth within the consulting, financial, and corporate strategy sectors. This leadership role requires a strong background in consulting or financial services, proven business development skills, and the ability to oversee strategic initiatives for expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the Dubai office, ensuring business alignment with corporate goals

• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the firm’s market presence

• Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and secure clients

• Lead business development efforts, client engagements, and service delivery

• Provide strategic and financial advisory services based on market trends

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and corporate governance standards

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team

Candidate Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or Master’s in Business/Finance preferred

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, financial advisory, or strategy with leadership roles

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s business landscape and regulatory environment

• Proven success in business development and client relationship management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
