NES Fircroft is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR professional to join their team as a Human Resources Administrator with a focus on Learning & Development and Emiratization. This is part of their Graduate Internship Program, providing hands-on exposure to HR processes and training administration within a global organization.
With over 90 years of experience, NES Fircroft is a global leader in engineering staffing across sectors including Oil & Gas, Renewables, Life Sciences, Infrastructure, and more. This role is ideal for Emirati nationals aiming to build a solid career foundation in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:

Serve as first-line support for routine HR queries; escalate complex issues as needed

Update HR systems with visa and benefits data

Assist in recruitment processes focused on Emiratization
-
Manage onboarding and induction for Emirati hires
-
Coordinate Graduate Trainee programs and conduct exit processes
-
Prepare staff announcements and organize welfare initiatives
-
Translate employee documents into Arabic
-
Handle ad-hoc HR administration tasks
Learning & Development:
-
Coordinate Learning & Development events and schedules
-
Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle
-
Track training effectiveness and ensure reporting accuracy
-
Coordinate with external vendors for training delivery
-
Maintain training records and support content delivery
-
Ensure KPI tracking and support the Arabic translation of training materials
What We’re Looking For:

University degree (preferred)
-
1–2 years of administrative or HR experience
-
Knowledge of HR and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Arabic

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
