Abu Dhabi Airports is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the smooth execution of various infrastructure and operational projects. This role involves coordinating project teams, managing documentation, and assisting in reporting and quality control processes to ensure the successful and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain essential project documents, including plans, schedules, reports, and correspondence.

Serve as a communication link between departments, ensuring timely updates and feedback are shared.

Provide administrative support for the tracking of Variation Orders, Payment Certificates, and general correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings with the Project Manager and track follow-ups.

Develop and maintain an organized project filing system for efficient documentation access.

Monitor project progress, deliverables, and expenses, ensuring adherence to timelines.

Assist in implementing quality assurance protocols to meet project standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in a technical field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio) and project management tools.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and effective time management.
