Job Title: Senior Product Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and management of innovative products. This role involves identifying market needs, analyzing competition, shaping product vision, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product delivery and growth.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the entire product lifecycle—from market research and requirement gathering to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products align with business goals and deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

• Define product vision, develop roadmaps, and create comprehensive go-to-market strategies.

• Evaluate and recommend new product ideas, packaging, and enhancements to existing product lines.

• Analyze competitor offerings and identify market positioning opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to formulate sales strategies and increase market share.

• Prepare ROI analyses, pricing models, and sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead product launches by coordinating with sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

• Define clear product communication objectives and support the development of marketing materials.

• Build and lead a product management team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.

• Maintain industry expertise by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking with professionals.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, Statistics, Economics, PR, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field.

• Strong understanding of product development, market analysis, pricing strategy, and customer behavior.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall software development environments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.

• High level of integrity, ownership, and work ethic.

• Preferred: Certified SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO) certification.

• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
