Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads via CRM, email, and phone calls.

• Qualify potential clients by conducting effective qualification calls and scheduling meetings.

• Present our renovation and construction services with confidence, addressing client needs and concerns.

• Maintain accurate daily records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

• Continuously follow up with clients, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel to secure successful deals.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related industry.

• Fluency in Russian and English or Arabic and English is essential.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, AMO) to manage sales processes.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.

• Preferred: Candidates based in Dubai.
