Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and personal support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, professional, and detail-oriented individual capable of handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of both professional and personal operations.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to our senior management, overseeing day-to-day affairs and playing a key role in maintaining relationships with suppliers, partners, and other external contacts. Your responsibilities will range from scheduling and correspondence to vendor management, procurement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations, including managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Assist with vendor management, procurement, and logistics, ensuring seamless operations for events and business activities.

Handle day-to-day company affairs, including liaising with external partners, suppliers, and the finance department.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring all necessary data is available and accurate.

Manage supply chain activities, including placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Work with price lists, catalogs, and track changes in supplier offerings.

Oversee the import process and ensure product certifications are in place with suppliers.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with factories and suppliers.

Screen and manage communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Provide personalized support for appointments, travel arrangements, and other personal affairs as needed.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience with vendor management, procurement, and supply chain coordination.

Ability to negotiate and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and partners.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high attention to detail.

Proficient in using scheduling tools, email communication, and basic office software.
