Job Description:

We are seeking a Tagalog-speaking Female Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at U N I Q Real Estate Broker in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them with property inquiries, booking appointments, and delivering top-notch customer support throughout their real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries from buyers, sellers, renters, and investors.

• Assist in lead generation by following up on prospects and scheduling meetings for property agents.

• Share accurate and updated information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.

• Coordinate with agents to schedule showings, consultations, and meetings efficiently.

• Provide ongoing customer support throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competing listings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in real estate or the UAE.

• Female candidate from the Philippines currently residing in the UAE.

• Fluent in Tagalog with excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

• Comfortable using CRM tools, modern communication platforms, and office technology.

• Customer-focused, with great listening skills and a professional attitude.
