Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Tagalog-speaking Female Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at U N I Q Real Estate Broker in Dubai. If you’re passionate about real estate, client service, and have excellent communication skills, this is your chance to be part of a fast-growing property firm in the heart of the UAE.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them with property inquiries, booking appointments, and delivering top-notch customer support throughout their real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries from buyers, sellers, renters, and investors.

  • Assist in lead generation by following up on prospects and scheduling meetings for property agents.

  • Share accurate and updated information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.

  • Coordinate with agents to schedule showings, consultations, and meetings efficiently.

  • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competing listings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in real estate or the UAE.

  • Female candidate from the Philippines currently residing in the UAE.

  • Fluent in Tagalog with excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, modern communication platforms, and office technology.

  • Customer-focused, with great listening skills and a professional attitude.
