Tafaseel Group Holding is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ajman with occasional travel to Dubai. This full-time role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, Emiratization efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position offers a salary range of 6,000 to 6,500 AED per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions from front-line agents to executive roles

• Lead Emiratization initiatives and engage with UAE National talent pools

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and address recruitment needs

• Manage high-volume hiring and meet deadlines

• Source, screen, and interview candidates in Arabic and English

• Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate the offer process

• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market trends

• Represent the company at career fairs and Emiratization events

• Occasionally work from the Dubai office as per management requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, including volume hiring and executive search

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Proven experience in Emiratization recruitment

• Experience in the BPO, outsourcing, or contact center industries preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Immediate availability and willingness to travel to Dubai as required
