SupportFinity™ is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team, focusing on HR technology across the MEA region. This remote, full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing client experiences and driving user success in a tech-savvy, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients using SupportFinity’s HR tech solutions

  • Guide users through seamless onboarding processes and provide hands-on support

  • Partner with technical and product teams to ensure personalized, positive experiences

  • Conduct proactive check-ins to ensure clients are achieving success and resolve challenges

  • Gather and share client feedback to drive product improvements

  • Celebrate client achievements and contribute to a supportive team culture

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with HR technologies and customer success within the MEA region

  • Strong client relationship-building and communication skills

  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into user-friendly insights

  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
