Apparel Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team, primarily focusing on organizing and managing B2C fragrance and beauty exhibitions across the GCC region. This role requires expertise in event management, business development, and sales, alongside a strong network in the GCC market, particularly in the fragrance and beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Exhibition & Event Management: Plan and execute participation in fragrance and beauty exhibitions across the GCC region.

Sales & Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorship deals to enhance event visibility and sales.

Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders such as brands, retailers, and event organizers.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Budgeting & Financial Planning: Manage exhibition and event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies and campaigns.

Presentation & Negotiation: Deliver presentations to clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Reporting & Analysis: Track event performance, generate reports, and provide strategic insights.
Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, exhibitions, or event management, especially in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury industry.

GCC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC events landscape, regulations, and market dynamics.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, and presentation software.

Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

Networking: Established connections within the fragrance & beauty sector in the GCC region.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the GCC for exhibitions and client meetings.
