Citi is seeking a Relationship Associate (Assistant Vice President) to support a portfolio of UAE Corporate clients. The role involves day-to-day administrative management, supporting Bankers in marketing and revenue generation, and ensuring credit compliance and customer satisfaction. This hybrid role (up to 2 days remote) offers the opportunity to contribute to Citi’s global mission of enabling growth through financial services.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Bankers in driving revenue growth and marketing initiatives.

Handle client coordination, routine credit requests, and product navigation.

Build trusted relationships with clients and internal operational teams.

Liaise with global network offices to support client credit requests.

Coordinate credit documentation, loan bookings, and compliance processes.

Monitor credit line usage and support risk management.

Ensure up-to-date KYC (Know Your Client) and due diligence compliance for the client portfolio.
Required Qualifications:

8–10 years of relevant experience in corporate or institutional banking.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Excellent interpersonal and networking capabilities.

Familiarity with credit policies and risk assessment.
