Lockton is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves the strategic development and management of an allocated client portfolio. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to clients, expanding relationships, and managing day-to-day servicing of clients’ insurance programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand client needs and provide advice on insurance services, coverage, and pricing.

Manage the day-to-day servicing of clients’ insurance programs to ensure business retention and growth.

Support consulting projects and new business development.
-
Ensure timely renewals, market reviews, and compliance.
-
Identify risks and advise on risk management solutions in consultation with senior team members.
-
Oversee timely payment of premiums and fees by managing cash collection and resolving queries.

Review at-risk cases and implement action plans for resolution.

Assist with the expansion of services and development of new business leads.

Foster relationships with insurers and clients.

Support global benefits and producer networks.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar client management role.

Thorough understanding of Lockton’s standards and procedures.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and associates.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
