BlackRock is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Preqin, a key part of their business. This role involves leading client onboarding, managing relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer success. The candidate will work closely with client-facing teams, understand customer needs, and resolve issues proactively to enhance customer experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead onboarding for strategic accounts, optimizing configurations and alerts.

Develop a deep understanding of Preqin’s products, identifying upsell opportunities.

Engage key stakeholders across customer organizations to understand their needs.

Act as a consultant and problem solver, training customers on how to optimize workflows using Preqin products.

Increase customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for further sales.

Address urgent customer issues and identify churn risks, ensuring long-term client success.
Qualifications:

Customer-first attitude with proven experience in Customer Success within SaaS or Financial sectors.

Ability to build strong customer relationships and improve client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

Work Model:
