The HR Administrator at GardaWorld plays a critical role in supporting HR operations, specifically focusing on the contractor lifecycle. This includes tasks such as onboarding, contract issuance, compliance management, record-keeping, and deployment coordination. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling HR documentation and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Contractor Lifecycle Management:

Manage onboarding, contract issuance, redeployment, and personnel file creation.

Process background checks and external screenings.
-
Coordinate with the Travel Desk for deployment logistics.
-
Track medicals, qualifications, and health documentation expiries.
-

Systems & Compliance:
-
Maintain accurate personnel records in HRIS (e.g., Dynamics 365) and related platforms.

Register new contractor engagements and transfers on the internal training platform.
-
Support top-up insurance requests with Finance and Welfare teams.
-
Execute contract amendments and HR letters (verification, deployment, notices).

Administration & Reporting:

Monitor the shared HR inbox and resolve contractor-related queries.

Prepare reports for the Senior HR Manager on onboarding status and compliance.

Support insurance claims administration and assist in HR-related projects.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of HR experience, with a focus on administrative or operational support. Prior experience in the UAE HR environment is essential.

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Dynamics 365 (D365).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like SAP.

Experience in international or multicultural environments is preferred.
