Job Title: Solution Selling Consultant
Job Description:
Join Hilti, a global leader in innovative tools, technologies, and services, as a Solution Selling Consultant focused on driving the adoption of our ON!Track Asset Management and Fleet/Tool Park Management Software solutions. In this role, you’ll be the subject-matter expert responsible for growing software sales, leading customer implementations, and supporting internal teams through expert training and strategic collaboration.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation in the construction industry, playing a critical role in customer acquisition, solution deployment, and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead client acquisition and implementation of ON!Track and Fleet Management software solutions.

Conduct on-site analyses, present solutions to key stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end deployment.

Train and support Sales Managers and Account Managers on solution features, value propositions, and selling strategies.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities by collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Drive software, hardware, and service revenue through consultations, demos, training, and follow-ups.

Guide the customer journey from lead generation to retention, acting as both a product expert and strategic advisor.

Support product launches and new feature rollouts to both internal teams and clients.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, and back-office functions to enhance market penetration.

Provide ongoing coaching and support as part of Hilti’s comprehensive Sales Onboarding Program.

What You Need:
-
Bachelor’s Degree required.
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in consultative sales (preferably in SaaS or construction-related industries).

Strong communication and change management skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; passion for technology/software solutions.

Valid UAE driver’s license or ability to transfer license.
-
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
