ITP Media Group is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with hands-on knowledge of Zoho products. This role will focus on leading and overseeing Zoho project implementations, ensuring seamless execution, and managing multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Coordination: Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Zoho implementation projects. Coordinate with clients, Zoho developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track progress, manage deadlines, and address issues proactively.

• Implementation & Customization: Oversee implementation, customization, and configuration of Zoho applications, including Zoho Creator, CRM, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Books, and Zoho One. Guide developers for custom features and API integrations.

• Client Interaction & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycles. Gather and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges, ensure alignment on goals, and facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in project coordination or management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho products.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Zoho Creator, CRM, Analytics, Flow, Desk, and other Zoho apps. Experience with Deluge scripting, API integration, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is preferred.

• Communication & Organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Certifications & Education: Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator certifications are highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, professionalism under pressure, and a collaborative mindset with a growth-oriented attitude.
