Grant Thornton UAE is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager (Generalist) for its Business Consulting team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead multiple client engagements, manage diverse projects across industries, and provide bespoke advisory services. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to driving business growth, nurturing talent, and delivering impactful solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements in areas like business transformation, HR, finance, procurement, strategy development, and process improvement.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination among team members.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing internal and external communications.

Mentor and review performance of junior team members.

Support business development by creating proposals, pricing models, and client presentations.

Use BI tools like Power BI to develop dashboards and reports, providing data-driven insights.

Build strong client relationships and collaboratively solve business challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

4-5+ years of experience in consulting or a related business function.
-
Expertise in at least two of the following areas: HR, finance, procurement, business transformation, cost reduction, and strategy development.

Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English; Arabic is a plus.

Proven experience managing diverse projects and leading client discussions.

Ability to manage project economics, documentation, and flexible problem-solving.

Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed.
