CNN International, under Warner Bros. Discovery, is hiring a Digital Operations Coordinator to support the Ad Sales and Operations team in the APAC region. This full-time, on-site junior-level role is ideal for candidates eager to break into the digital media industry. The coordinator will play a key part in ensuring smooth campaign execution through administrative support, ad trafficking, creative testing, reporting, and general coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Support sales teams with proposals, availability checks, and format advice.

Book and manage digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely trafficking and delivery.

Conduct QA testing on creatives and troubleshoot technical issues.

Capture screengrabs at campaign launch for client updates.
-
Prepare weekly, ad hoc, and post-campaign performance reports.

Monitor campaigns and offer optimization suggestions to meet KPIs.

Liaise with finance to ensure billing accuracy and commission handling.

Provide general assistance to operational specialists and regional sales teams.
Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, website functionality, and analytics tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Eagerness to learn the digital advertising ecosystem.
