Job Title: Alliance Officer / Sales Operations Support
Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Alliance Officer / Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our newly forming team in Dubai. In this vital role, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing the end-to-end forecast-to-cash process—from demand forecasting and customer engagement to order fulfillment and cash collection.
As part of a driven and collaborative team, your mission will be to establish strong customer relationships, support out-licensing deals, and help grow our market presence across the Rest of World (ROW) region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands sales operations and is passionate about efficiency, data analysis, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Alliance Strategy & Partnership Development:

Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to enhance the forecast-to-cash process.

Identify collaboration opportunities that improve forecasting, streamline fulfillment, and accelerate payment collection.
Customer Relationship Management:
-
Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing queries, resolving issues, and delivering end-to-end support.

Build long-term customer relationships through regular touchpoints, including biannual and annual meetings (remote/on-site).
Order Management:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, planning, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Forecasting & Planning:

Work with sales, BI, and finance teams to analyze historical data and market trends for precise demand forecasts.

Contribute to the development of accurate sales plans that support strategic growth.
Cash Collection & Account Monitoring:

Track accounts receivable and support on-time payments by resolving billing issues with finance teams.

Proactively manage disputes and discrepancies for clean financial reporting.
Reporting & Process Optimization:

Prepare reports on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, SLA adherence, and order delivery performance.

Collaborate with BI to uncover trends and propose data-driven improvements across the forecast-to-cash cycle.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in the current workflow and recommend innovative process enhancements.

Stay informed on industry best practices, regulations, and new technologies impacting sales operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management

Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP ECC, C4C) preferred

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized

Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage
