This role requires a professional who is available on-call, proactive in managing company matters, and skilled in navigating both governmental and business environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily administrative affairs of the company to ensure smooth operations.

Act as the primary point of contact for government-related tasks, including licensing, documentation, and approvals.

Assist with staff recruitment processes and property rentals related to company housing or office space.

Be available on-call to address urgent operational or governmental issues as needed.

Ensure that all business dealings comply with Dubai’s local regulations and policies.

Represent the company professionally in official and business settings, following appropriate etiquette and protocol.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and operational handling skills.

In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s local rules, laws, and government procedures.

Familiarity with business etiquette and professional standards in the UAE.

Proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Experience in managing government relations, recruitment, and rental processes is an advantage.
