Edari is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support C-Suite executives for a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi. This is a 6-month on-site contract role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and possess a strong background in executive-level support within large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support including correspondence management, document handling, and office coordination.

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments efficiently.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotel bookings, and executive itineraries.

Utilize DocuSign for secure and efficient document signing and workflow management.
Key Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Expertise in travel coordination and general administrative tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in similar Executive Assistant roles is essential.

Proficiency in document management systems and scheduling tools.

Bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement.
