Transguard Group, the UAE’s leading outsourcing and business support provider, is seeking a Contract Manager – Commercial Management to join their team at the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA). This full-time, on-site role involves managing and optimizing commercial contracts—primarily manpower contracts—across various business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying risks and opportunities, improving contract profitability, supporting bid processes, negotiating terms, and ensuring full compliance with company standards and UAE laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial:

• Identify and evaluate contractual risks that may financially impact the business.

• Provide feasibility analyses for new and existing contracts.

• Support bid processes, including bond issuance review.

• Resolve client disputes and support in timely payment recoveries.

Customer-Focused Duties:

• Assist in risk mitigation and business development through contract negotiation and closure.

• Advise internal stakeholders to promote sustainable growth.

• Participate in Commercial Review and debtors’ meetings.

• Coordinate insights on shared clients across different business units.

Process Management:

• Assist in upskilling teams on commercial awareness.

• Draft and negotiate contracts in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure proper governance and risk assessment for all commercial activities.

• Review tender documents (RFPs, RFIs) to assess risks and financial implications.

• Collaborate with legal to ensure compliance with local labor and commercial laws.

Innovation & Training:

• Conduct training sessions for Account and Operations Managers on service levels, KPIs, and contract management best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in contract, commercial, or account management within a B2B setting.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle is preferred.

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial clauses.
