🌟 Role Overview

We’re looking for an Event & Activation Coordinator to support the Marketing & Partnerships Officer and the wider Brand & Communications department in managing internal projects, on-ground activations, and high-profile events such as the Dubai Airshow.

This role is pivotal for seamless coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, supporting event logistics, and tracking budget and procurement activities.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for internal projects, event activations, and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with the Events, Activations & Partnerships team.

• Support the Dubai Airshow project from preparation to execution and closure.

• Assist in filming logistics, video production, permit coordination, and airport pass applications.

• Update project trackers, maintain weekly schedules, and provide timely follow-ups.

• Ensure HSSE compliance and follow all safety protocols on-site.

• Maintain and update budget utilization reports; liaise with Finance for supplier payments and reporting.

• Support stock and inventory tracking, including distribution and ledger maintenance.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in event coordination, activations, or marketing administration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience in inventory management and basic finance/procurement workflows.

• Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks.

• High attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
