🌟 Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist in administrative duties on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and guests warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

Handle incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and take messages efficiently

Coordinate appointments and manage the front-desk calendar

Process incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries

Keep the reception and front office area tidy and presentable

Provide admin support across departments as needed

Monitor and restock office supplies

Carry out additional clerical duties as assigned
✅ Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional demeanor, phone etiquette, and appearance

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
