As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and clients—handling inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and delightful experience from start to finish. If you’re organized, professional, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests via phone and email, responding to inquiries and service requests.

  • Accurately enter and retrieve information from computer databases and point-of-sale systems.

  • Prepare professional documents including memos, emails, and letters using Microsoft Office.

  • Operate standard office equipment and transmit documents via mail, fax, or email.

  • Maintain accurate records and update files and reservations as needed.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to company service standards and offering genuine hospitality.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support guest needs and internal communication.

  • Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and uphold Marriott’s professional standards.

  • Perform light physical duties (e.g., lifting items under 10 lbs) and assist as needed by supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications:

Analytical & Technical Skills:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Fast and accurate typing

  • Decision-making and quick learning capabilities

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)

  • Strong listening, reading, and writing abilities

Personal Attributes:

  • Professional, positive demeanor with integrity

  • Dependable and adaptable under pressure

  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively

Organizational & Administrative Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and maintaining accurate records
