ADNOC Group is looking for a Senior Analyst, Transformation to support and analyze transformation projects, ensuring communication flow and maintaining the integrity of transformation processes. The role involves providing regular updates and developing reports, documents, and presentations for management to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with ADNOC’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Analysis & Facilitation: Support the generation of transformational project ideas, define project scope, and ensure efficient project delivery.

• Status Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor transformation project status, ensure consistent delivery, and provide updates on performance.

• Problem-Solving & Analysis: Assist in defining problem statements, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for potential solutions.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of transformation initiatives.

• Documentation & Presentation: Develop and review documents and presentations for committees, ensuring proper communication of transformation project progress.

• Budget & Cost Control: Contribute to the preparation of budgets and assist in implementing the approved budget, ensuring cost control and addressing significant variances.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Design and implement new tools to improve operational processes and increase efficiency in line with best practices.

• Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE): Adhere to relevant HSE policies and sustainability guidelines, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 8-9 years of experience, including at least 3 years in management consultancy, with a preference for experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Skills: Strong presentation skills, proficient in English, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various phases of transformation projects.

• Knowledge: Understanding of project management, business processes, and industry best practices.
