KLC Virtual Restaurants is seeking a Supervisor to manage the operations of its cloud kitchen in Dubai. This role is focused on team management, creative problem-solving, and achieving operational goals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.

Lead by example, providing training, motivation, and development opportunities for team members.

Assign tasks and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Achieve sales and profit targets for the kitchen.

Ensure sanitation, safety, and security policies are followed.

Manage productivity and staff costs, balancing efficiency with quality.

Recruit, train, and retain a skilled team, fostering employee engagement.

Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

Maintain strong relationships between managers and team members to ensure a collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: Proven track record in people management and supervision within a kitchen or similar environment.
