Majid Al Futtaim is looking for an Internal Communications & Events Manager to enhance employee engagement and align internal communications with the company’s objectives. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic internal communication frameworks, managing communication channels, and supporting leadership in maintaining effective internal messaging.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an internal communications strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

Ensure clear and timely communication of corporate messages across multiple channels.

Establish and manage internal communication tools, including newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and town halls.

Maintain content that drives employee engagement and strengthens alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Manage visual communication tools such as office screens, screensavers, and desktop backgrounds.

Support leadership teams by improving their internal communication presence.

Work closely with senior leadership to ensure consistency and strategic alignment in internal messaging.

Draft speeches, executive messages, and presentations for internal audiences.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.

Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, experience managing internal communication platforms, and organizing internal events.

Preferred Background: Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or a fast-paced corporate environment.

Certifications: Certification in corporate communications or event management is a plus.
