ARK People Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and shape the future of a vibrant hospitality brand in Dubai. The role involves identifying development opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, leading negotiations, and crafting strategies to expand the brand’s footprint. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the hotel development cycle and a commercial, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the brand.

• Identify new development opportunities in the region and beyond.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and investors.

• Lead the structuring, negotiation, and closing of strategic partnerships.

• Prepare market studies, feasibility assessments, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in the hotel development cycle or exposure to hospitality development models.

• Strong track record in large hotel chains or hospitality consultancy.

• Commercially sharp with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at various levels.

• Proficiency in Excel and other administrative tools.

Qualifications:

• A Masters or MBA is highly preferred.

• Candidates based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
