Bvlgari is seeking a Care Service Technical Associate Manager to lead and manage a team of technicians in their Service Care Center. This full-time role involves overseeing the repair processes for Bvlgari’s luxurious watches and jewelry, ensuring all repairs meet global service standards in quality, cost, and lead time. The position also focuses on continuous improvement initiatives, team training, and maintaining efficient operations within the repair center, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient repair execution, in line with Bulgari Care Service standards.

Oversee the repair order process, including technical evaluations, authenticity checks, spare parts identification, and cost estimates.

Track and monitor repair statuses, ensuring data is updated in relevant systems (e.g., AFFS, SAP).

Collaborate with the Regional Care Service Manager on repair strategies, quality control, and team performance.

Ensure team members are trained on repair techniques, product knowledge, and new tools or processes.

Maintain high-quality control standards and perform regular checks to ensure process efficiency.

Manage daily operations, conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide coaching.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Maintain appropriate levels of tools, spare parts, and documentation for repairs.

Work with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical standards and after-sales objectives.
Skills Required:

Strong technical expertise in product repair processes and techniques.

Proven leadership experience, managing teams to meet operational and service level objectives.

Proficient in repair tracking systems such as AFFS and SAP.

Strong project management skills with experience in continuous improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to evaluate and improve team performance while maintaining high repair standards.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs for team development.

Familiarity with managing spare parts inventory and tools required for repair activities.
