Mayo Clinic is seeking an International Reg Services Specialist to provide technical, operational, and logistical support to Mayo Clinic Laboratories (MCL) international clients in the UAE. This role includes onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and ensuring a smooth process for test orders, specimen collection, and result delivery. The specialist will collaborate with various departments, travel extensively (up to 80% of the time), and deliver educational support to clients. A strong background in clinical laboratory terminology and experience in customer service or operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical and operational support to international clients of MCL

• Train clients on MCL’s products, services, and logistics

• Onboard new clients and design custom programs to meet their needs

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Provide continuing education and updates on new tests and procedures

• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to identify growth opportunities

• Travel extensively (up to 80%) for domestic and international client engagements

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science or related field

• 5+ years of experience in hospital/clinical settings or customer service/support

• Clinical laboratory experience preferred

• Must hold a valid UAE work visa

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of clinical laboratory terminology preferred

• Multilingual skills and cultural awareness are essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
