As an Assistant Manager – Projects with Charterhouse Middle East, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing performance, and supporting business transformation projects. You will work closely with the COO and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify areas of improvement across business functions to optimize performance and revenue opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to streamline internal processes and drive business transformation

Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management

Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across departments to drive collaboration and change

Work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for technology and business development
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role in corporate services or consulting

Proven track record in driving business transformation strategies and overseeing operations across departments

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Strong stakeholder management abilities

Bilingual in English and Hindi is preferred
Salary & Benefits:

AED 18,000 – 20,000 per month
