The Specifications Executive at Danube Group will manage product specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate the company’s building materials into project specifications and providing technical support across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain product specifications to ensure alignment with industry standards

Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and engineers to incorporate company products into construction projects

Create and update technical documents such as product data sheets, guide specifications, and performance reports
-
Oversee product lifecycle management from development to market launch
-
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the building materials industry
-
Provide technical support to the sales team through specification documents and presentations
-
Assist marketing efforts by providing technical content for brochures, websites, and promotional materials
-
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industry
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or specifications within the building materials industry (experience with solid surfaces is highly desirable)

Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
-
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
-
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
