Tether’s ecosystem spans across Tether Finance, Tether Power, Tether Data, and Tether Education, offering revolutionary solutions from tokenized digital assets to AI infrastructure and sustainable crypto mining. The role focuses on driving development within modular architectures using peer-to-peer stacks like Holepunch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan daily development activities across multiple projects

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO

• Manage the full software development lifecycle—from planning to deployment

• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues as needed

• Ensure on-time delivery of milestones in line with project timelines

• Implement process improvements and modern dev practices

• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing complex projects

• At least 2 years of hands-on development experience with Node.js

• Basic knowledge of peer-to-peer systems is essential

• Familiarity with Python, C++, and Rust is a plus

• Proven track record in successfully launching products

• Solid understanding of system architecture and microservices

• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
