Job Title: Technical Office Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Office Manager to join a leading construction company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in the UAE, hold a degree in Civil Engineering, and possess deep technical and administrative knowledge related to building construction and project coordination.
This is a senior-level role suited for a proactive professional who can manage technical operations, ensure project compliance, coordinate tender submissions, and liaise with authorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all activities within the technical office, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.

Coordinate design reviews, project estimations, and material submittals.

Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and construction standards.

Handle the preparation and submission of tenders and other project documentation.

Track project progress and ensure timely follow-ups on submissions, approvals, and execution stages.

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to facilitate smooth workflow.

Manage office administration tasks related to engineering and construction operations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 15 years of experience in the UAE construction industry

Strong knowledge of building construction techniques, office management, and government regulations

Experience in estimation, tendering, and authority submissions

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing timelines and deliverables
