Job Title: B2B Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts across Dubai’s hospitality, corporate, and commercial sectors. This role is perfect for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for relationship-building and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, securing new clients, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting hotels, office centers, restaurants, and other commercial organizations.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and pitch to closing and account management.

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal floral designers and logistics teams to deliver customized client solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within hospitality, corporate services, or similar sectors.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and close high-value deals.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Russian is a plus.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation:
-
AED 4,000 base salary + 10% commission on secured orders

3-month trial period
