Job Title: Creative Videographer & Content Creator 

Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a creative, self-driven Videographer & Content Creator to join our team in a hybrid, on-the-go capacity. If you live and breathe short-form storytelling, understand the pulse of LinkedIn and Instagram content, and can independently create, film, and edit scroll-stopping videos, this is your perfect stage.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being behind the lens and behind the idea. You’ll work closely with our leadership to craft high-impact content that resonates with professionals, entrepreneurs, and our growing digital audience.

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid / On-location Shoots)
Type: Full-Time / Contract (Flexible based on fit)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content tailored for LinkedIn and Instagram (Reels, Stories, BTS, etc.)

• Create engaging content from events, interviews, office culture, and in-the-field shoots

• Work directly with leadership to align brand storytelling with company goals and tone

• Stay on top of social trends and bring fresh, relevant content ideas to the table

• Manage a consistent publishing schedule across platforms

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and platform best practices

• Juggle multiple projects while delivering fast turnarounds and high-quality edits

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong portfolio of previous video content (especially short-form, social-first content)

• Advanced skills in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.

• Excellent grasp of social media trends, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram

• A creative eye paired with strategic thinking on engagement and virality

• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and manage content calendars

• Comfortable shooting content on-location, including events and in-office moments

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Age: 23–30

• Must be based in Dubai
