AIG is seeking a Client Broker Engagement Support Manager to support Turkey and Morocco’s reinsurance directors in managing commercial general FAC reinsurance business. The role involves communicating with key partners, including reinsurance brokers and cedants, ensuring retention ratios above 90%, and facilitating the booking of new and renewal business. The position requires strong collaboration with the Client Director and proficiency in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Turkey and Morocco reinsurance directors in growing the AIG commercial general FAC reinsurance book.

• Communicate with reinsurance brokers and cedants to maintain a retention ratio exceeding 90% on renewal business.

• Facilitate the booking of new and renewal business.

• Collaborate closely with the Client Director to service large clients.

• Manage relationships with key client and broker partners, providing elevated and personalized service.

• Serve as a point of contact for French and English-speaking partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in both English and French is necessary.

• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with reinsurance brokers and cedants.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, in-office environment.

• Experience in reinsurance and client relationship management is an advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complex, high-value accounts.
