Bhive Real Estate is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent to join their team in Dubai. The role involves consulting with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of off-plan experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the property buying or renting process.

• Drive sales in the real estate sector and manage property transactions.

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and developers.

• Use negotiation and networking skills to close deals and build client relationships.

• Analyze market trends to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.

Required Experience & Skills:

• MUST be an Arabic speaker.

• At least 6 months of experience in off-plan real estate.

• Excellent communication and consulting skills.

• Strong negotiation, networking, and analytical abilities.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
