Emirates is seeking a Recruitment Partner for a 12-month temporary contract to support their global recruitment drive. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned departments, utilizing digital tools and strong networks to attract top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive search or in-house recruitment, and a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle recruitment, from attracting candidates to hiring senior-level talent.

Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand department hiring needs.

Promote Emirates Group as an employer of choice and attract global candidates to Dubai.

Provide market insights and salary comparisons to address recruitment challenges.

Utilize digital recruitment tools like Oracle Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HireVue.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for passive candidates, including Emiratization.

Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for hired candidates.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search or in-house teams.

Experience with selection processes such as digital assessments, video interviews, and reference checks.

Strong understanding of HR databases, ATS systems, and CMS Systems.
-
Experience in organizing skills assessment centres and utilizing behavioral competency frameworks.
Additional Information:

Salary & Benefits: Hourly rate, 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Access to the Emirates Platinum Card with discounts at over 600 retailers and service providers.
