The role involves providing professional leadership and management to achieve outstanding results in all areas of school life, working closely with the School Principal and Taaleem’s wider team. The position aims to implement a compelling vision for a K-12 school offering a rigorous American education while fostering respect for UAE culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the elementary school to achieve exceptional educational outcomes.

• Promote a shared vision and clear direction for the school community.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the Taaleem family to develop and implement the school’s educational strategies.

• Guide the school towards providing a global perspective while embracing UAE culture.

• Manage school resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of both human and physical resources.

• Foster a high-performance team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Teaching certification, Master’s degree, or Principal/Educational Management qualification.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in school management or leadership in an international school setting.

• Curriculum Experience: Experience with American, IB, or UK curricula is advantageous.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of international accreditation, inspection, and evaluation frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing high-performing teams.
