• Presight is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of CCTV systems. The role involves overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring quality, compliance with industry standards, and fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical projects, particularly in security or surveillance systems, and a proactive, client-focused approach. This position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions, and a willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of CCTV project implementation from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate with clients to tailor solutions based on their needs.

• Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Coordinate with technical teams for seamless installation and integration.

• Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

• Ensure compliance with security system industry standards and regulations.

• Act as a liaison with vendors, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.

• Develop and implement support and maintenance frameworks for deployed solutions.

• Standardize project delivery tools and processes.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Ensure compliance with various company policies, including risk and security management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in security or surveillance systems.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Familiarity with project management and system integration tools.

• CCTV certification is preferred, but not required.

• Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% as required.
