  • Talents Tide is seeking a highly skilled External Relations Manager to join their team in Dubai. This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization’s relationships with external stakeholders, including government entities, media, and industry leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in media strategy, public engagements, and building strategic alliances to elevate the organization’s public presence and reputation. The role involves significant interaction with senior leadership and requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategy: Develop and execute communication strategies to boost external visibility and align with internal messaging.

  • Public Engagements: Coordinate the CEO’s public appearances, including speeches, seminars, and panel discussions.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and international partners.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the CEO’s public image across media platforms.

  • Strategic Alliances: Support the creation of alliances with international organizations to meet business goals.

  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of communication materials, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead team development, training, and performance management within the external relations department.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in external relations, public relations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a team management role.

  • Preferred Skills: Strong expertise in communication planning and media strategy execution.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and media strategy management.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage public engagements and portray a positive image for the leadership.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills.
