AudaCity Capital Management is looking for a Media Buyer to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The role requires strategic thinking and creativity to drive ROI-focused campaigns, troubleshoot account issues, and collaborate with internal teams to refine media strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing multiple ad accounts across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a deep understanding of metrics, creative direction, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Launch, scale, and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns to meet clear ROI targets.

Creative Optimization: Test and iterate on copy, creative direction, and targeting to improve ad performance.

Account Management: Monitor performance, identify trends, and troubleshoot account issues across Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, strategy, and data teams to inform and refine media strategies.

Data Analysis: Use data platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio) for performance analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven Experience: Managing multiple ad accounts on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of campaign structuring, retargeting, audience building, and performance optimization on both platforms.

Analytics: Strong understanding of media metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, aMER) and ability to analyze performance using Excel/Google Sheets.

Creative Skills: Strong copywriting skills for direct response advertising and ability to work with creative teams.

Problem-Solving: Ability to lead and troubleshoot obstacles in execution.

Preferred: Background in finance, investing, or fintech; experience with project management tools like Asana and Basecamp.
