Confluent is seeking an Embedded Account Executive to drive revenue growth in EMEA by building and managing strategic partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). The role will involve developing go-to-market strategies, executing sales campaigns, negotiating partnership agreements, and evangelizing Confluent’s data streaming platform. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the data infrastructure space, specifically within the embedded software domain.
Key Responsibilities:

ISV Embedded Sales: Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy to embed Confluent’s platform within target companies.

Sales Campaigns: Create and execute sales campaigns to generate awareness and interest in Confluent’s embedded solutions.

New Opportunities: Identify and qualify potential partners to drive revenue growth.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and finalize partnership agreements.

Strategic Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in MSPs and CSPs.

Platform Evangelism: Articulate the value of Confluent’s streaming platform to both technical and business audiences.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven Sales Experience: Success in selling embedded software solutions, ideally in data infrastructure or big data.

Experience with MSPs/CSPs: Specific experience with Managed Service Providers or cloud service providers is preferred.

Strong Technical Acumen: Understanding of data streaming, Kafka, and the Confluent platform.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate partnership agreements.

Sales Expertise: Proactive sales approach with proven results.

Executive Presence: Ability to engage with senior-level executives.

High-Growth Environment Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic technology company.
