DesignHaus Collection, the interior furnishing division of haus & haus, is hiring a Project Coordinator to manage high-end furnishing projects from start to finish. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual with a passion for project management and client service. You’ll be the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell furnishing packages and maintain excellent customer relationships

• Coordinate end-to-end furnishing project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

• Act as the central communication point between internal teams and stakeholders

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and records management

• Monitor workflows, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to deadlines

• Assist with business development by identifying potential clients and promoting services

Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

• Proficient in solving project-related challenges proactively

• Valid driver’s license (essential for site visits and meetings)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
