Pearson, a global leader in lifelong learning, is hiring a Regional Development Manager to lead vocational education sales across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and adjacent markets. This full-time remote position requires a strategic and results-driven professional with deep expertise in sales and the education sector. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Pearson’s footprint by driving growth, managing stakeholders, and developing high-impact partnerships in vocational education.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute annual and long-range sales strategies for vocational education

Drive market research, trend analysis, and competitor assessments to uncover new opportunities

Build strong relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, and industry partners

Secure regulatory and recognition frameworks to support market penetration

Deliver accurate financial forecasts and manage performance metrics

Negotiate and close sales deals with schools, training providers, and corporates
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to align offerings with customer needs

Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, ideally within the education sector

Strong understanding of vocational education and training systems

Experience in high-level sales strategy and target achievement

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions
