Sales Specialist, Go-To-Market, Databases – Google Cloud
Google Dubai , UAE

Google Cloud is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to lead Go-To-Market initiatives for Database Solutions across the Middle East, with a primary base in Dubai or Riyadh. In this full-time, on-site role, you will drive digital transformation for enterprise clients, deliver business value through database technologies, and build strategic relationships to grow Google’s cloud footprint.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored cloud-based database solutions. You will play a critical role in executing sales strategies, managing complex business cycles, and achieving growth objectives while contributing to Google’s mission of enabling sustainable digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and managing strategic accounts.

  • Drive database-focused sales strategies and exceed business growth targets.

  • Lead Go-To-Market campaigns and collaborate with teams across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Understand client technology stacks, business challenges, and strategic goals to design impactful database solutions.

  • Manage multiple enterprise clients and sales cycles simultaneously.

  • Contribute insights to product teams to shape the future of Google Cloud offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • At least 10 years in enterprise software or cloud sales.

  • Hands-on experience selling database or data management solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and handling complex sales cycles.

  • Experience in business transformation and territory development.

  • Strong background in relationship management at executive levels.

  • Skilled in building and executing strategic sales plans aligned to data and analytics goals.

Workplace: On-site (Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA)
